In complex business environments, project success rarely depends on technical execution alone; it hinges on securing the support of involved parties. The primary challenge in Stakeholder Management lies in navigating the "web of influence"—recognizing that different parties have competing priorities, varying levels of power, and subjective definitions of success. Without proactive management, projects often encounter "hidden blockers," sudden shifts in support, or communication breakdowns.
