Copilot Studio: Advanced Integration and Automation Training Course

This practical, hands-on course introduces participants to AI agents within Microsoft 365 Copilot and demonstrates how they can create their own simple agents without any coding or additional tools.

Participants will explore pre-built Microsoft agents like Researcher and Analyst, gain insight into how AI agents function in a business context, and learn to design and utilise their own agents using structured prompts and workflows in Copilot.

The course emphasises real-life scenarios, empowering participants to automate repetitive tasks, enhance productivity, and develop reusable AI assistants that can be easily shared across teams.

By the end of the session, participants will have built their own AI agent and will be equipped to apply this approach in their daily work.

This course targets finance professionals who currently utilise AI tools and wish to transition from sporadic usage to confident, consistent daily application of Microsoft Copilot. Participants will refine their prompting techniques and apply Copilot directly to authentic financial tasks such as data reconciliation, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The session is highly interactive, centred around live exercises using realistic finance datasets. All activities follow two parallel workflows: one for Copilot Chat (Basic, included with Microsoft 365) and another for Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium, paid license), ensuring every participant can work with the license they already possess.
