Certification
The training prepares participants for the official ITIL® 5 Foundation certification exam, which is included in the course fee. This globally recognized certification acts as a stepping stone to advanced ITIL qualifications and career advancement in IT service management.
Examination process
Participants will be provided with an exam voucher valid for six months, offering flexibility to schedule the exam at a convenient time.
Following the completion of the training, each participant will receive an email containing detailed steps for exam registration. The exam is booked directly with PeopleCert via the participant’s individual account.
The assessment is conducted online under remote proctoring. A certified PeopleCert proctor will connect to the participant’s computer and monitor the session via webcam to uphold exam integrity. Prior to the start of the exam, participants are required to display their surroundings through the camera to verify that no unauthorized materials or individuals are present.
Exam specifications
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Format: Multiple-choice examination (40 questions)
- Passing score: 65% (minimum 26 correct answers)
- Materials: Closed-book format (no reference materials permitted)
