  • Excel – Enhancing analysis, formulas, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Word – Drafting policies, narratives, and financial documentation
  • Outlook – Improving stakeholder communication and explanations
  • Assessing Claude’s strengths, limitations, and data handling boundaries

3. Effective Prompting for Finance Processes

  • Methods to interact with Claude efficiently and consistently
  • Crafting prompts that yield precise, structured, and auditable results
  • Identifying and preventing common prompting errors in financial applications

Requirements

  • Attendees should be professionals in finance, accounting, reporting, audit, FP&A, treasury, compliance, or other business roles involved in financial processes.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and Outlook is recommended.
  • Knowledge of standard finance activities, including reporting, reconciliation, variance analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication, or financial reviews, is expected.
  • Technical or programming skills are not a prerequisite.
  • Prior experience with Claude or similar AI tools is beneficial but not required.
