Module 1 – AIS for Functional Use in R/3 (2h)
- Overview of R/3 processes and tables relevant to audits.
- Capturing functional evidence through classic SAP GUI transactions.
Module 2 – Process-Oriented Access Management (2h)
- Role design and access control using PFCG and SU01.
- Utilizing SU53 and SUIM for rapid diagnosis.
- Creating RACI matrices by process and identifying “pragmatic” SoD.
Session 2 (4h)
Module 3 – FI/CO with a Focus on Control (2h)
- OB52, tolerances, and accounting authorizations.
- Approval of journal entries and evidence via classic workflow.
- Traceability of changes in accounting masters and bank accounts.
Module 4 – MM/SD with a Focus on Control (2h)
- MM: Purchase release strategies, price changes, and conditions.
- SD: Credit limits, pricing, and discount conditions.
- Generating evidence through change documents, logs, and reports.
Session 3 (4h)
Module 5 – Logs and Operational Evidence (3h)
- SM20 (what, who, when) in functional scenarios.
- SCU3: Tracking changes in master data (vendors, customers, materials, conditions).
- STAD/ST03N: Analysis of transaction executions.
- Exporting data (ALV/CSV/PDF) and assembling annexes.
Module 6 – Quality and Testing (1h)
- Designing test cases with acceptance criteria and minimal evidence requirements.
Session 4 (4h)
Module 7 – Applied Process Laboratory (3h)
- Mini-project: Purchase and sale cycle including exceptional scenarios.
- Gathering evidence and compiling a dossier.
Module 8 – Closing and Transition to Operations (1h)
- Operational checklist and periodic control schedule.
- Best practices for audits and regulatory compliance.
