• The process involves online training followed by a 100-mark multiple-choice examination
• A score of 60 or more is required to pass the exam
• Candidates who do not pass may retake the exam after a one-day waiting period
• Candidates are allowed a maximum of three attempts to take the exam
• If the passing score is not achieved after three attempts, you must contact us for assistance to clear the exam
